Switching back to paper bill - need a PIN

    Hi,

    I'm trying to switch back to a paper bill and eventually found this page: https://myaccount.eirmobile.ie

    However, I don't have a PIN as it's years ago I joined Eir(com) and hence I don't have the "[font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]original Phone PIN[/font]
    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]supplied with your eir Mobile start up pack"[/font]

    I also tried to register here: https://my.eir.ie/eir/transactional/login

    ...but since I don't have a paper bill, then I don't know my account number.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I can confirm that due to data protection regulations I cannot assist in confirming pin or account numbers here and you will need to contact eir mobile accounts on feee phone 1800690000 for assistance with this.
