    Hi

Today at about 5.10pm at NUIG concourse, Galway branch i deposited 150 euro in one go. It took the money but didn't give me a receipt and an error message came up saying please contact bank/branch , or something similar. I then deposited another 50 euro and it gave me the receipt this time and it's showing in my account now.

The bank was closed at that time and i'm after ringing customer care for 10 minutes waiting on the line then my credit went..

How is this matter going to be resolved? I'm out of 150 euro, the ATM took my money without a receipt and the bank was closed at the time so there was no one around that could help me. I would like a response back as soon as possible as 150 euro is a lot of money to be out of at this time of year!! Thanks.

    Good Morning united2k11,

Thanks for getting in touch here on Boards.ie

We are sorry to hear you have experienced difficulty with one of our machines. These machines will usually rectify their transactions by close of business of that day ( in this case this is today) however to have this investigated you would need to contact BOI Direct on 0818365365 and speak to one of our reps with account access.

They will be able to raise an ATM dispute which will be able to see exactly where these funds are, if they are not credited as I mentioned above.

Please select option 1 followed by the * key when you call to speak go through to one of our reps.

    Thanks,

    Evie
