Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

UPC junction box

    does anyone know how to remove the upc tamper proof cover on the outside junction box? i have gotten a second tv box delivered for christmas and everything is wired and ready to go except for the tamper cover which they say will take a week for someone to come out and remove!

    No offence but they are called tamper proof boxes for a reason. We won't be able to help you here without the risk of a banning.

    no problem I understand, have a fully paid account just dont want to wait a week and have it turn into the following week you know yourself

    This isn't an appropriate topic for discussion. The cover is there for a reason, take it up with Virgin if you aren't happy with how long they will take to come out
