Bought one of a reputable retailer. Speed quoted as up to 60MB/sec (20MB/sec write speed)
Tested it in an SD card adapter on pc with which reported onlt 117GB available. exFat file system

    These results ok?
Warning: Only 120574 of 120575 MByte tested.
    Test finished without errors.
You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.
    Writing speed: 15.7 MByte/s
    Reading speed: 19.1 MByte/s
    H2testw v1.4

Assume you mean 117GB? Thats normal.

That adapter is probably bottlenecking you, I find fast SD readers are actually pretty uncommon.

Pop it into an Android smartphone (a new one) and benchmark it there.

    that much better!
    A1 SD Bench
Longer Test, Read:79.35MB/s - Write 27.55MB/s (Cache hits flagged)
    Accurate with restart, Read:56.67MB/s - Write 30.26MB/s
Random IO with restart: Read:32.42MB/s - Write 0.53MB/s

seems to be exceeding the stated max write speed of the card...

You've got me itching to upgrade my micro now, only rocking 20 R 10 W.

If its rated to a class thats only a minimum, some of them will go over.
