Does anyone know the criteria the council have for putting up the flood barriers for the park and the walkway on clancy strand.

Just they aren't up at the moment and there is a tide of 5.90m in the morning and they have been up before for lower tides with way less rainfall.

    I'd contact the council.

I'd assume its based on a high tide with windy weather too
