The lads who didn't play mid week will be well aware that their is serious competition for places and nobody can rest on laurels.
    Plus they were rested.

Newcastles win last week should also work in our favour as the lads will know they can't be taken for granted.

We can go fourth tomorrow with a win. Utd were severely lacking today.

All the motivation to win properly tomorrow is there, shouldn't be in doubt.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that Mousa Dembele will miss Sunday's game against Newcastle United at White Hart Lane. Dembele has played a key role in the 14-game unbeaten run in the Premier League, but the Belgian will not be available to Mauricio Pochettino due to a foot injury.

Despite the setback of losing the midfielder, Pochettino is likely to start Eric Dier after he was taken off as a precaution in the first half of the victory over Monaco on Thursday.

Clinton Njie will also miss out for the hosts after picking up a knee problem.

Big chance to make it into the Top 4 and undo the minor damage from last weeks draw,

I presume Bentaleb will be in for Dembele, great chance to go 4th tomorrow hope we don't slip up.

I'd say it'll be Dier and Alli in midfield. I'd be a bit worried about Bentaleb, as he's caused a few goals earlier in the year with misplaced passes. But if he does start, this is his chance to show why he deserves his spot back in the squad though, so hopefully he'll be on form.

With Dembele out surely it will be...

    Dier - Alli

    Lamela - Eriksen - Son

    Kane

    Hardly a weakened team. :)

A chance for Tommy to show what he can do in the league COYS!!!!

Fair play to Poch for giving him a chance. I'd say Onomah might get half an hour too.

    How was Carroll midweek?

Did well but gave away a few easy passes. I think he'll benefit from the extra experience behind him today.

Newcastle have decent players, Sissoko, Wjnaldum. Need to break them early. Dummett looks the weak link.
