Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cost to paint ceiling.

Our plumber recently had a spillage leaving a stain on our ceiling. He agreed to deduct it from the bill if I get a quote. I don't have time to get a man out and can live with it till I do. How.much will it cost to put right do you think ? Thanks Rob

I recently had a painter in and his charge was €80 for the bedroom. That included walls, ceiling, architraves and skirting. Bedroom is 4m X 4m. I supplied the paint.
