    Hi there,

    How long does it take the bank to process a change of address? I applied online on Thursday and haven't heard back yet. I'd like to get it sorted ASAP as I need to apply for a small personal loan. Thanks.

    When you submit a change of address request online this will generally be processed within 2 to 3 working days from the time the proof of address document is submitted.
