Should I buy an apartment as an investment?

I have a booking deposit on a 2bed apartment in Northwood Santry. I have to make my mind up this weekend. its 180k and was 360 when originally sold. I want it as an investment and reckon I should get 1200 a month in rent. any opinions as to what I should do gratefully received. I am a cash buyer thanks

Look at the timestamps on each post though, its like they sit there for 10 minutes pressing submit.
