Was out over the weekend driving, and spotted a phone in the middle of the road. It was on, but it looks as if the phone had been driven over, and the screen has been cracked. There hasnt been any missed calls on it. While the phone is working, I cannot unlock it the usual way(swiping on the homescreen). Any ideas what I…

Remove the sim card to see what network the phone is on, and give them the number on the card to trace the owner that way. They wont tell you anything because of data regs
