Weights/cardio class gym Limerick

Just after moving to limerick and have yet yo find a suitable gym class that do weights and crack class in limerick. If anybody knows of any good class der let me know :)

I have no clue what level you're at, but I'm a big fan of The Body Building gym in Raheen. It's €5 to try out as guest and they run regular classes.
