Would a Galaxy S4 Midi for around €150 be a decent enough phone as an occasional use ready to go phone. It would only be used for calls and light data use. Is the camera any use on them?

Specifically I am referring to this offer - would I be better off going for the likes of the new generic Vodafone €170 phone?
