Hi, My sleeping is generally awful, always has been, and I'd love it to improve - even a bit! I don't want to take sleeping pills as it's not a healthy long term solution and I'd probably get addicted. I've been recommended melatonin supplements by friends, but can they be found in Ireland? If so, are they on prescription…

Hi,

My sleeping is generally awful, always has been, and I'd love it to improve - even a bit! I don't want to take sleeping pills as it's not a healthy long term solution and I'd probably get addicted.
