    Is it possible to make purchases online using the student debit card?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

    Once the card is activated (by using it at an ATM) you will be able to use a Visa Debit card online, you may be asked for a Verified By Visa password, and to set this up you will be asked security questions. 

    If you get an error message and need to have your password reset you can do this by calling 0818 365 365 and selecting option 2 followed by option 2 again. You will need your current account number to unlock this, this is available from your 365 Online profile.
