    Hello,

I was slandered by a Moderator on Boards.ie in the last 24 hours.

I asked the moderator to respond, but he or she has not yet done so.

Could I ask why this moderator has the impunity to make slanderous statements and then scuttle off?

If you're referring to the comment from this thread, I put it to you that your understanding of the meaning of "slanderous statements" is deeply flawed.

With the exception of the one I have highlighted in bold, not a single one was about race.

So the statement “you have developed a trend of posting racial related threads and no other kind” is a lie.

    A slanderous lie.

If I were in a more heated mood, I would say it was a slanderous lie made a pathetic, dishonest individual who is too cowardly to respond when someone calls him up on it.

If I were in an even more heated mood, I would say it was being defended here by another pathetic, dishonest individual.

And if I were in an even more heated mood, I could respond by slandering the two individuals in question, maybe by making equally revolting statements and then scuttling off.

But then, I am not in a more heated mood.

Knock it off with the hyperbole and ridiculously misplaced righteous indifnation. At worst it's an error on the part of the mod, possibly even due to mixing you up with someone else. However to call it a lie is overstating things somewhat. To call it a slanderous lie is demonstrating your complete lack of understanding as to what slander is.

And if I were in a more heated mood I'd say that the mods don't need to put up with this sort of crap and sitebanning you would resolve the problem. But then, I am not in a more heated mood.
