how do i sell property in 2016..commercial

    i have a commercial property.....2 retail units....2 apts over  head....detached building..small car park to rear................now own it for 25 years...would like to cash in.....some years ago my friendly bank manager..said if you ever decide to sell..let me know first......

    he is long gone from branch..can u offer some advice.....do i talk to bank of ireland manager..or just go to auctioneer.....i would like discreet sale..............no mad.rush . like all property owners anxious to get good to very good price....thank you..............................good potential in right hands for extension over car park................................................
