Rooney is just back from injury and starts, if your fit enough for the bench he should be fit enough to Start. Sneiderlin should also be ahead of Fellaini. No offence to them but Norwich are a glorified championship team.

Types of injuries plus lenght of time out. Like you've read here Rooney may not of been out injured not a great comparison.

Fit enough for bench/start, no could be part of getting the player back to full fitness last 15/20 mins of a game.
