    Why can direct debits not be managed via the mobile app?

    I feel stupid for asking the question - but why does every feature like this have to be dragged out of the development team?  They clearly had free time to update the look and feel of the app instead.  It's not difficult at all to have feature parity across the platforms, it would cut down on support calls and branch visits.

    Thanks for your reply. 

    Our mobile app has had a recent update which includes features such as adding and activating a payee or Bill payee. We do appreciate all feedback here and we will keep you posted here on Boards for any future updates to our mobile and tablet apps.
