    Hi all,

Me n the boy are interested in Casino Marino as a venue for our ceremony. We live nearby and have been to see it a few times over the years but never really considered it as a venue til recently. It's closed for Winter til March 2016 so we cant go talk to them about it for another couple of months. I've scoured the Internet and can't find any pictures of a wedding there. I'd love to see the set up if anyone has some and would like share? Pm me if you don't mind sharing!

    Thanks!

Many of the floors and contents of the building are under preservation.
Are you just thinking to have the ceremony here and then move the reception to a nearby hotel?
As you've been there before, you'll know you can't wear your shoes in and are given protected slippers... so that may save money on shoes anyway :D
The OPW may help you to see if weddings can be held here.

I guess worse case scenario, you could get married nearby and have it as a photoshoot venue

Oh, that's cool alright! Such a lovely location and even better as it must mean something to you both.
Definitely give the OPW a shout and see if they have any info on setup etc..
I had a quick search myself and couldn't find anything. Looks like it's only been open for weddings over the past year... there mightn't have been any there yet, so you never know!
