Sony PS4/PS3 Gold Wireless Headset Suddenly Stopped Working

    Hi, I have a pair of the PS4 gold wireless headset and have been using them for over a year without many problems but the other day when I connected them to my laptop to listen to music as I usually did with the wireless blue tooth dongle the sound started cutting in and out after a minute and could not fix this. Then I went to use them for gaming on my PS4, thinking that the problem was only going to be on the laptop, the same thing happened. I have tried any troubleshooting options I have found on the internet such as resetting them but nothing has worked. Can anyone help. Thanks for any replies.
