They're okay at the moment, but most of them are rented so can vary depending on the tenants. Permanent neighbours are all fine.

Very safe, occasionally load people passing up and down at night time.

    Hello Spidermany,
    thank very much for replay....
Still thinking about it.Went there few days ago and have to
say place looks bit neglected (mean the communal garden and
    etc...)

It is a grand place and perfectly safe. It could do with a lick of paint but the residents all seem nice enough to me. Few Irish families and a few non nationals who work locally.

You would get a lot of people coming up and down the lane as it is on the way to the South beach.

On the plus side less than 5 minute walk to bus stop, Tesco, Eurospar, church, credit union, primary school, Secondary school, Doctors, take aways and the beach

    Thanks LeoB,
    Are u living there actually?
Wondering bcs there isn't any management company if
something happens (roof etc...) is it hassle to collect money in
    between each other residents?

There are also several farmyards in the immediate vicinity so you'd have to expect tractor movements/noise from early morning (if that sort of thing bothers you).

No dont live there but work in the area and know some of the residents. Dont know what the story is with management company.

How did you pick Bayside villas? Is the apartment you were thinking of on Sandy lane or Sandy road?

It's the one in Sandy Lane...
We just like the Rush and easy distance on beach...
