Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There was no elbow to the face there.

Shoulder shove!!! The size of Campbell. He should be well able to take a shoulder.

    Poor pass again by Campbell

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,500 ✭✭✭Drexel

Campbell is putting in a good defensive shift but he is lacking going forward today

Lovely ball from Ozil, good workrate from Campbell before it, thought Hart should've done better but that's just a lovely finish

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 11,631 ✭✭✭✭Hank Scorpio

Arsenal still have a lot of important players to come back, Sanchez and Cazorla will make a huge difference. It's there best chance in years to win the league

And yet those lads on the RTE panel will tell you that Ozil is poor.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,504 ✭✭✭Masala

Joe hart positioning brutal.. On both goals

Wanna wash that shampoo out of his eyes and get tuned into this match

And people will still lap it up.

Looks like sterling is coming on. I presume for Delph.

I like sterling. Will def give bellerin and cam pelt more to do. Will leave some space tho.

Great pass from Ozil but Olly still had a lot to do. Fine finish

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,868 ✭✭✭Andersonisgod

That second goal is only the latest example of how dreadful City are directly after the ball has been turned over. To lose the ball in that position is poor but their positioning and reaction to the loss of the ball is ridiculous.

I will say though Ozil has been terrific. He's a great example of a player who started slow in a new league but Wenger trusted his ability, have him time and Ozil has repaid that trust, he's clearly bulked up and he's fitter now than ever before, his teammates are also now on his wavelength and that's huge too. I think some have doubted his ability in big matches (anyone that's see him for Real Madrid and Germany would certainly dispute that) but here he is in a key Premier League game and he's the difference maker.

Criminal defending, YET AGAIN, from our lot. Vardy and Mahrez must be licking their lips in anticipation of next week and playing against our statues at the back.
