Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There is no question. It was a clean tackle. Nothing else to say.

    Well done Monreal

    The substitutions weakened us severly.

Gibbs is dreadful your right. A complete liability. Sagna bombed forward when he came on. He was terrified of Campbell who tormented him

    Big 3 points for Arsenal.

City's defensive weaknesses without Kompany laid bare once again.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

    Yes.

    Well deserved.

If City are looking for Silva, he's in Flamini's pocket.

Pretty harsh on Gibbs. This is the worst I've seen him play, but he's been solid playing that role in any other match we've had recently.

No he hasn't. He's a afraid of his shadow and as such a liability.

Double Chelsea's points tally, a most specialised form of failure.

No, he has played solidly. Plenty of tackles and intercepts when he has come on in recent matches. He's a backup LB, and that's about his level.

Dunno what was up with him today, he was playing a lot higher up the pitch than he has been.

Need to get this squad fit. Alexis, Coquelin,Cazorla,Wilshere, Welbeck, Wilshere or Rosicky would have been nice options to bring on there.

He was standing off and doing fück all. A draw would have been firmly on him

Shamrock Rovers wouldn't touch him with that carry on tonight

It's Christmas and Wenger is the only manager at a big club secure in his job. Weird season this is.

    Impressed with De Bruyen tonight.

Didn't have the best of games but he looks to have so much to his game.

Yaya comes across as a decent guy every time I see him give an interview.

If arsenal don't win the league this year then Wenger should be taken out in a field and shot.

Maybe shot is harsh but huge chance this year for them.

    Huge amount of injuries.

With a fully fit squad I'd agree.

Gibbs doesn't seem to be improving at all, he's been at the same level for about 5-6 years now. Not a bad player, but isn't good enough to be part of a title-winning team.

Only if Van Gaal, Pelligrini and Mourinho get the same treatment first!

On,y seen MOTD, but reading here about the complaints about Man City's fouling, that seems to be one of their tactics that they get away with in the premier league. Different players fouling near the half way line spoiling the counter attack and not getting booked.
