Xbox 360 games in different languages?

I'm after picking up 7 sealed xbox 360 games. They're in foreign languages, but they're PAL discs. German, Italian, Dutch etc. Now I know most games you can change the language settings but it depends on how the developer made the game. Does anybody speak any of these languages or could somebody please help me work out if…
