Eir Vision Crashing

    We have recently moved house and had our Eir account moved over - we were given a new Eir Vision box (and wifi extender) and at least once an hour it crashes/or when paused and has to be hard reset (turned off). Does anyone know how we can fix it, or how we can use our old box (that worked perfectly).

    Also having trouble with the picture aspect ratio being stretched: very off putting.
