Odd file in external drive

I see these folder contents on my ext drive and wonder what they are? Folder title "7b5f276f-ae9d-4572-9a8c-69e9a8cf4e5e" ! Acer laptop E1-571 W 8.1. File history disabled.

possibly an update
check the date of the folder to match against installs or look at the properties of an exe file in the folder to see the app name.
