What amp...HDMI, bluetooth and 5.1 compatable

I have a Denon hi fi amp for a few years. Hate it as it takes some much of a learning curve to set it up. Anyway, I want something that could perhaps have hdmi from tv to amp that can also supply audio in 5.1 but not critical as stereo would be ok. I'd also like bluetooth possibly... Any ideas folks?
