BT 300 Baby Monitor stopped linking

    Hi and Merry Christmas to everyone,
    We have the BT 300 Baby Monitor set just over 3 months. This morning they just stopping linking.
    I have changed the rechargeable batteries and reset both chargers, but still no joy connecting.
    Has anyone had this problem before, any ideas on what to do to relink?
    They were bought as a gift so don't have the receipt to return them etc
