Nice one. Bring my squat from 190kg to 215
Bench 137 to 147 and DL from 225 to 250 on sumo and conventional all at <105bw

And to further fine tune the technique on each lift whilst stay injury free again for another year :)

Fair play to ya! they're savage numbers. I'd like to get 200 kg deadlift this year. that was the goal from last year which I didn't reach. I'd like also to hit 90kg on bench, my weakest lift by a country mile. 85 kg bodyweight

I've been training since March 15. My squat has gone from 70kg to 160, deadlier was 90kg to 190kg and bench has went from 55kg to 110kg. I was hoping to hit a 200kg DL by the end of the year but just fell short.

My goals for 2016 is to compete in some IPO comps and try to get to 300kg DL, 200kg SQ and 190kg BP. Also drop from 115kg BW to 100kg by March.

    Good luck everyone!!

I'm newish to powerlifting and this will be my first full year goals.

    Squat - 250kg
Bench - 135kg (it's piss poor at the moment)
    Deadlift - 280kg

All at 104kg b/w but will compete in or around 97kg

Overall just want to see progress

My goal is to avoid this thread because it's making me feel even more weak...

Goal for this year was a 200kg Deadlift and a 110kg Bench,
Just fell short (192.5kg and 107.5kg) so i'll keep the targets to same until I get there. 76kg atm

2015 - Plank every day of the year. I forgot to do it 21 times so managed 344/365 days.

2016 - Do the front splits. Im pretty inflexible in the splits muscles at the moment, so it should be a good challenge.

    Wouldn't mind a 90kg snatch/110kg CnJ either - currently 80/105 @82kg.

Surely you didn't start lifting only 9 months ago?

    +1
Took me 3 years of pretty full on training, to get a 170kg squat (ATG) @ 85kg BW.
    Fair play to you.

how realistic are your goals? Going from a sub 200kg DL to a 300kg DL in 12 months is a massive jump ..especially at around 100kg BW ..it would be up there with some of the best lifts in the country.

Also,110kg bench to a 190kg bench is another massive jump

Im all for ambitious goals, but they have to be realistic otherwise a good years lifting can be classified as a failure.

I think you need a bit of a reality check.
Fair play on the huge increases in numbers you've had in the last 9 months but those "noob" gains don't last forever and putting 110kg on your DL and 80kg on your bench in one year sound like outlandishly optimistic goals.

I have been going to the gym for just short of 2 year in total. But never really had anything to focus on. I wasn't a complete novice lifter, but never done deadlifts. I was a smith machine and leg press guy lol.

So i had some kind of platform to begin with.
