Tristar Gym must be asking itself at this stage, why their fighters lose nasty fights - apart from GSP to be fair and Torres had a belt for awhile - but Duffy again, looked like the superior fighter in terms of striking and submission. But, he didn't have as much desire or passion. Justin was crazy for that fight -roaring mother****ers at the crowd after round two, throwing his blood into Duffy's eyes (Can't be legal!?!?!?!), and did what he had to do... - Duffy seemed a little too calm and laid back at times

I know Rory showed lots of heart against Robbie but he lost. Tristar Gym must be scratching their heads - i know they've got a huge rep as one of the best in the world...

Post of the night, why dont you head over to montreal and give Firas and Eric O Keefe some advice on how to stop their fighters losing ''nasty fights''

Kyle Noke is definitely in the shape of his life lately. He's looking lean and very very mean. Tough guy to be meeting in your UFC debut if you're Morono.

Long way to go but Duffy is looking good for $50,000 so far anyway.

Just after voting for Poirier by decision, am I doing it right guys?

EDIT: I was not aware this was a breach of charter (unless ASOT is playing a cruel joke on me). Spare me mods.

That's now an automatic one month ban, read the charter.

I am very late giving my opinion on Duffy/Poirier, but anyway.

I thought Joe was a little naive in his approach. He didn't use any of the footwork that he has.

Dustin is clearly the stronger man, and he let him get in the clinch far too often.

Joe is young, he will come back a smarter fighter. Dustin is a very good fighter at 155, in fact he looks like a far stronger and more confident fighter than he was at 145. I hate to bring Conor into this, but I think Conor's footwork means he doesn't even get into the positions Duffy got himself got into. I think Joe is a serious prospect, but was a bit innocent going into this.

I definitely think with the right game plan, Joe could beat Dustin.

Still amazing that we have a few great prospects in the UFC. Dustin (and Joe with some work) could both end up top 5 fighters at 155.

Congrats to Joe, it was a super tough fight, and I can't wait to see him come back from this. Dustin is no joke.
