I've used ND Service in Fox's Bow twice for unlocking other types of phone and they were efficient and good value. Don't know about charges for iPhone though.

There's a phone place run by a Chinese guy on upper Thomas St, across from the Cornmarket restaurant. Got an iPhone 6 unlocked there, cost €75 though
