Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's genuinely hilarious the efforts they go to to make sure Connacht don't beat the other provinces. Not in a million years was that a try. Nearly as bad as the penalty try and yellow down in thomond

Sorry but your gameplan can't be based around hoping the ref gets every decision right. You're currently 150 minutes of rugby for 3 points and that's not Clancy's fault.

Clancy is S**t COME ON H0W ON EARTH COULD HE BE SO BIAISED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant second half performance from Leinster. Well in control despite playing against the wind.

Nice time to have our top goal kicker come on.

    You are embarrassing yourself.

He is one of the worst referees around

You are right we are not scoring but you do expect a ref to ask the correct question of the TMO on such a vital decision.

Would you just edit out the abuse. Questionable decision but Leinster are playing all the rugby. Score is reflective to be honest.

Who ever said it was. Both comments are ridiculous as each other.

Well of course it's not all his fault but it's much harder to score when you're being consistently cheated by the ref. Like that knock on there again that he just refused to award because it would have given us a scrum in a great position.

We're not a great team at all and Leinster have been better tonight but that still doesn't justify what's been done.

What Clancy has done here tonight is very wrong. That try was just ridiculous

Leinster have scored 10 points playing into a gale. Connacht have scored zero with that same gale behind them.

I'm sick and tired with the anti Connacht refereeing. Enough is enough

Clancy's decision may have affected Leinster's scoreline but it's certainly no excuse for Connacht not being able to put anything on the board.

If Clancy actually wanted to screw Connacht he could and should really have given a yellow at the start of the first half after constant Connacht infringements on their own line, but you dont mention that and probably forget it even happened

You make your own luck. Too many unforced errors in the 2nd 40. Leinster have dominated the 2nd half into the wind. Blame the ref if it gives some comfort. If that wasn't a try it was a Leinster 5m scrum and probably a try shortly after. Better luck next week.

Some pretty embarrassing comments here. maybe focus on your team scoring 3 points in two games.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,229 ✭✭✭A-Train

Leinster well in control through out that match, well worth their win.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,688 ✭✭✭BrokenMan

Leinster deserved that in fairness. Dominated the breakdown. Work to be done in the west.
Scarlets away next week's going to be another tough one.

Grow up. You're like a spoiled child throwing his toys out of the pram, Leinster were the better team and Connacht simply couldn't score.

Think complacency kicked in at HT for Connacht. They thought the game was won only being three points down. Leinster second half were superb and played all the rugby.

Connacht fans wondering why they always get screwed by refs.

    Answer: confirmation bias.

Connacht should have got at least one yellow in the first half.

2 decent performances on the trot. The good times are back #Leo4Life

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,817 ✭✭✭b.gud

Leinster deserved the win, but the score should have been 6-0 rather than 13-0, no way on earth that was a try.

There's no conspiracy theories about refs against Connacht, just poor reffing overall

Maybe, but the try shouldn't have been awarded, and it meant a certain BP. How could anyone accept such a bad decision.

Clancy was poor but Leinster were deserved of their win

That was a good performance from Leinster. Really improving.

Best team won that. Leinster kept their discipline whilst Connacht lost theirs a bit.

    Delighted.

Disastrous 2nd half from Connacht. Munster looks like it was the peak of our season again. We can blame injuries and Clancy making an outrageous call for the try but we were bloody awful in that 2nd half and deservedly left with nothing. I can't see this season going anywhere unless our form increases drastically in the next few weeks.

One positive for Connacht was Masterson, he had a brilliant game and completely outplayed his opposite number Murphy. Given both players respective form it would be a real shame if Murphy is in the 6N squad ahead of Masterson

We left at half time along with others it was horrible in the south stand.

Agree completely. Masterson had a fantastic game.

One massive negative is the fact that we've only scored 3 points in the last 160 minutes of rugby, big regrouping needed before next week
