Hi all. Just wondering if anyone can help. I use Greenstar tags and I put my recycling bin out this morning for collection and when I came home I noticed it hadn't been collected but there was a sticker on the top of it saying "Not collected" and then the reason given was "Black ID". Hi all. Just wondering if anyone can help. I tried to ring customer care but they are closed until tomorrow and the website if no help. Does anyone here know what this could be? The correct tag was on the bin and it wasn't overfilled.
