    Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a house in the new year. Does anyone know much about this estate? I know the monastery area of Clondalkin is one of the better areas but this estate is a bit of a newer build.

I'm looking for somewhere that's quiet enough & respectable enough for bringing up kids in. Did a drive around & for my budget this looked good but could have been quiet day due to the weather

    Thanks in advance

Hey, its definitely one of the better areas and very handy for the Luas. Quiet. No problems.

A lot of the houses are rented out but I suppose that's everywhere nowadays.

I live in Mount Talbot up beside the Ibis hotel on Monastery road and have done since 2006. I like the area a lot, especially the proximity to the LUAS and Clondalkin village.

    Thanks,
    M

I live down in the Village. Nice place and you shouldn't have any trouble up there. You get the odd teenagers wandering about acting the maggot every now and again but it's the same anywhere else in the country.
