    So i was driving on the motorway yesterday from Portlaoise to Cork and at about 2.30-3pm I hit what looked like a storm... torrential rain and gale force winds.. it was quite scary.. but was that Storm Frank ? It defo looked like a storm - but apparently the storm did not hit us until today..

    not heard anything about a mini tornado on the news but it was bad... so many fatalities... weather not helping... was glad to get off the road safe
