Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No, it isn't at all. You implied that women used to get implants to please men, but now that they've seen the light and realised men don't care what size their boobs are, they've stopped getting them done. As if it's all about what men like and don't like.

But in fairness ultimately it is all about attracting the other sex. Every friggin species in the world does that. Have women become so liberated now that primal instincts have gone out the window? I don't think so.

And on top of that we're talking about enhancing one of your primary sexual characteristics. Not too subtle really. Its not like were talking about painting toe nails. Bigger tits. I dare say the primary objective is to increase sexual attraction.

"most" women didn't. Some did, the way some do now.

Only difference I can see is that the majority of people getting them are going for 'natural' looking cup sizes (B to D or whatever), rather than the previous trend for impossibly large, fake looking implants.

No massive balloon implants = no media frenzy.

I say, if I a girl is gonna get fake boobs she might as well get a big pair :pac:

But in all seriousness the surgery already costs alot and alot of the times its done because the woman feels uncomfortable about her cup size. So why not opt for the head turning size. No one is saying double e's or anything mental tho.

You'd have to be a tit to get a breast implant.

I think it is about attracting the opposite sex too, but that is not the only reason. It's one of a number I think. I'd like a flatter stomach, but not particularly for men - men don't take notice of my stomach anyway as I'm not exactly carrying a tyre! But it would mean I could wear more figure-hugging tops and dresses, as they would look so much better on me.

Double E is not even that big tbh.

I imagine a lot of women get them because they're literally flat chested and just want 'normal' boobs rather than attention. Both flat chests and massive boobs attract more attention than a B cup.

Yeah the woman I know who got implants always had a boyfriend, was rarely single - she just wanted more than a flat chest.

    Yes it is.

Of the two I know who had them done, one is married, the other in a long term relationship. Both had zero interest in attracting anyone else, they did it to look better and thus feel better about themselves.

EE is the cup size for well under 1% of the bra-wearing population. It's bigger than at least 99% of other women's.

Exactly. Can't get over the attitude of some men, that everything a woman does to her appearance is just to attract them. I'm a straight woman and I couldn't care less what men think about my hair/body/clothes.

Where are you getting 1% from?

Cup size is relative to band size so someone with a small band size and EE cup would not be particularly big.

One of my friends has them.they look ridiculous on her slender frame.let me touch em before and you can feel a kind of rim at the side of the boobs. Love natural big boobs.hate fake ones

"God it's my own fault for messing with the bra!"

Sorry, had to get that in there. :)

I'm not sure if by looking I have seen women around that look as if they have implants. They keep them well covered whenever I'm around.:(

I really don't understand why you'd get breast implants. I'd feel uncomfortable putting a lump of silicone (or whatever) in my breasts. Also can think of much better things to spend the money on. And that's coming from someone who is a 34A. :o

Breast reduction maybe, I've heard big breasts can be painful. My cousin is a size 6 and a 32H and mad to get them reduced! Everyone thinks she has implants.

It's weird but I think they do it for self esteem. My buddy is a whippet like and had no boobs.confident out now with her bike fake rack.they're a side ee and she's probably around a size 6

They have them for men, too. Pec implants.

I don't get either of them as outside of aesthetics, they are useless. A woman won't be breast feeding a conveyor belt of kits with implants and with pec implants, a man will be struggling to...ahm...what to the large pectorals do? Pushups? Won't be able to do the amount of push-ups he's expected to do?

You're right, she's mad to get them reduced. :pac:

Fair enough I guess. It's good if they give people confidence. I'd personally hate them as they would probably bring about unwanted attention. Only if they are not covered up. It's difficult not to look at big boobs :o That sounds awful, but it's true!

Which is the "after" photo? Looks like an ad for fake tan!

On the right...there's a lot more material on the top bit of the chest.

I don't get why you would do it. Is it considered more attractive? Mad stuff!

*sigh* I used to be an EE, but I was also very fat, so I'll accept having smaller boobs and not being as big as I was, but I have to say, I miss when the girls were bigger :p

I don't personally know anyone with breast implants. Would have loved bigger boobs as I was growing up but never seriously considered fakes, would have felt a bit ridiculous. Now am happy with smallish but still perky boobs !!! Good to be able to wear no bra sometimes!

I had big boobs as a teenager but wanted them even bigger. Never had the money, but one of my friends got hers done at 18 and they still look good. I'm quite glad I never got mine done now, given all the health scares.

I can't imagine being in a position where I'd be willing to pay to have my boobs made bigger! I've never been small up top - they stayed big in relation to my frame even after I lost around 30kg.

I'm torn between a simple comment that I like natural bigger boobs myself, or a more AH-suited Quagmire "Giggity" :p

But realistically it depends on the girl's shape I think. I'm more of a curves FTW type anyway, but implants would do nothing for me regardless of size.

    http://www.theaveragebody.com/average_breast_size.php

According to that, an EE is so rare as to be close to 0% of populations.

^ EE doesn't exist in US sizing apart from one specialist company, and 90+% of women wear the wrong size bra anyway.
