Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Move aside for the number of Ministers and Junior Ministers knee deep in flood waters. There must be an election iminent.

Remember the picture of Bertie in wellies knee deep in the Floods in Drumcondra. Bastard probably expected to be able to walk on it.

Ah no, they were merely helping map the resource in the hand over from local authority to Irish Water.

Don't let water near your woodwork. He hasn't been at his gran's sherry. I've just finished it all.

I find Boards hilarious at times. You are annoyed at politicians appearing at flood affected areas while on another thread they are complaining that politicians are visible at floods in the UK but not here.

Laughable isn't it. If they were on holidays in Barbados the outcry would be that they are living it up while the country is underwater. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

If people are stupid enough to vote for a politician solely on the basis that the appeared knee deep in floodwater rather than on their policies then you can't blame politicians for exploiting that. It's more a reflection on the population than on the politicians themselves.
