    i was due to get paid by the Dept of Education overnight, but there is no sign of payment onlin. Could this be due to a lack of online updating by the bank?

    Our payment files are running as normal and are up to date. Credits can be received into accounts at different times throughout the day and once received we will apply them to your account as soon as possible.

    If you check your account throughout the day, your balance should update. If not, please let us know here.

    Suggest you check online to verify payment was actually processed.....that is if you have that facility......rather than getting payslip in the post.
