Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Interesting point , as for myself I gave up on mainstream print media years ago , so much so now I won't even pick up and read a newspaper that somebody else bought ,in the barbers or the pub, they're always too negative.

What's the deal with disasterous news appealing to the mainstream or have the media got it wrong. Some of the headlines would make you weep.

As for good news I like Gizmag for techie stuff and RT.com for a different slant, sorry I don't have more to offer, apart from the good economic news thread here on boards

All news from print and media have a slant towards one opinions or another, probably always had,From fox to Rt and everything in between, a lot of people read what they want to believe, For me I don't believe any of them and try to read between the lines, same with tv. You be hard to find any impartial news site anywhere.
