Haven't been following Klopp since he arrived but based on the comments in here, I take it he's not setting the place alight? Did the Pool get him because none of the big clubs wanted him after his latter Dortmund years?

Thats not true. We've shown character in plenty of games. Application is not the issue the players are trying but we've so many players who all do the same thing well. So one dimensional.

Don't think I've seen Liverpool at all this season apart from on match of the day etc but has there been any genuine improvement under Klopp? Certainly the results haven't been any better but maybe there has been improvement in terms of style of play and performances?

Though in fairness I suppose he hasn't had a transfer window yet to buy a couple of his own players. Must say I thought Benteke would do better but you could just tell Firminio had flop written all over him right from the start.

This time next year he might feel a bit of pressure if things aren't improved.

Of course, the owners etc are no doubt mindful that Rodgers always seemed to get a very impressive run from his squads for 1/2 to 1/3 of the season.
