Hey guys. Just need some advice on next year. I'm currently staying in Farranlea but want to get a house next year. When should I start looking in order to guarantee I'll get a house, as I know they are so scarce come summer.

ASAP preferably. Some landlords might tell you call them back towards the end of the academic year as they might prefer to give current tenants priority. Are you looking for a house to share with friends or just for yourself?

It'll be a bit more difficult if you have to find a house when accommodating for a group but if you start early then you'll be grand :) Don't leave it till after the exams
