Intel budget build for my Dad

So looking to put together a decent budget build for my dad, looking at in under €350, no need for dedicated graphics as the most he will be doing is watching YouTube, email maybe some Kodi. He was looking at some pc cores in Pc world and Argos, but I reckon I can build him a decent machine. Any recommendations appreciated…
