Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

House with galvanised roof, can you get insurance

    I was told that insurance companies would'nt insure a house with a metal roof, does anyone know if this is right....Thanks

    You'll get insurance but it won't be cheap and may exclude storm damage to the roof.

    It's not a problem. Lots of newer roofs using modern materials such as zinc. May be a premium, but not a significant one. As ever with insurance - shop around
