Anybody have any recommendations for any gyms in or around Newbridge? I commute from Citywest to Newbridge every day so along the route is workable

by far the best around. its in naas there are 2 main gyms in newbridge

both are fairly bad.

hence why i suggest kilashee

There's also the Keadeen's leisure centre. I was a member there once but recommend it as being good or bad. It just confirmed that gyms aren't for me.

If your looking for something a but different from your usual commercial gyms you the performance and fitness academy.

Whats the deal with this place, can you just walk in like any other gym and work out? There is little information about the place online

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

No it's not like noal gyms it's crossfire basically. They have bootcamp classes and strength and conditionine classes depending on your level of fitness and mobility and also what you want to gain from it.
