We also have a changing table from ikea upstairs and we use the little bucket things that screw to the sides for wipes/creams etc and his clothes are underneath in the boxes you can get. Works very well. We also have a carrycot as a playpen downstairs and it has the changing top on top and I found that an absolute Godsend for changes downstairs. I'm going to really miss it when he outgrows it!
