Yeah they definitely dropped the price since the leaflet came out on the leaflet its says the ribs are 2.66 , good to see the weekend deals are back

Yeh they are great, great to pull the meat off and throw into a roll or sandwich too

maybe we were unlucky but there was no meat on them. Get the ones in ldi for a €5 they have a load of meat on them.

I got the ribs from lidl a while ago and there were two racks stuffed inside one pack.

It was a great day.

May be a new strategy - in Nutgrove the cakes and pork scan at Weekend Saver prices, but the cakes marked at original price and the pork unpriced in a special offer section (usual black type on cheap red vertical strips) with other priced meat . No in store Weekend Saver posters to prompt or check either. So effectively a low key secret sale only for those previously aware of the offers (and willing enough to take a punt in the absence of any other cue).

IF this is a thing, is it a perverse targeting of a very consciously motivated few that tries to avoid the inevitable "mass looting" and supply headache if advertised in store?
Or possibly encourage a decision to visit the following weekend - and to forget that reason why, by providing no visible instore reminders?

That book wasn't available in a lot of stores on Wednesday evening/Thursday last week. We asked a member of staff and they said that books were being moved to Mondays now. When you view the offers in them now Thursday the 14th comes first and then Monday 18th before it would have being Monday first and then Thursday
