Why does the FSAI advise that imported frozen berries should be boiled for one minute?
As a result of outbreaks of norovirus and hepatitis A virus in imported frozen berries across Europe in recent years, the FSAI recommends boiling imported frozen berries for one minute before consumption. This is particularly important when serving these foods to vulnerable people such as nursing home residents.

No that's the crap toothpaste. You'll need mouthwash as well or run into gum problems.

Any more info on this? I haven't a notion when it comes to toothpaste, I usually throw the cheapest Colgate into the trolley.

Seek advice from your dentist or oral hygienist rather than a random on a forum

You would know when you have a problem. The cheapest Colgates are rubbish for me. My gums would be sore from them.

I'm sure he has scientific evidence to back up his claim.

Ask your dentist the next time you visit, they'll have a mountain of travel sized sample tubes to get rid of, I always have one in my bag with a little travel toothbrush sample in a plastic tube I got aswell.
