I can't believe Minnesota missed that field goal earlier. Seahawks could go to the super bowl for the 3rd year in a row.

Big forced fumble. Redskins were going very well there too

Wow, Redskins cruising down the field and then boom, sacked, forced fumble and Green Bay have the ball in good field position.

Packers clawing their way into a game...

    Hell of a play there.

There has been a few times Cousins has nearly been picked and he has fumbled it once (and recovered it). It think Joe Buck is giving this Washington line too much credit. They are shaky.

Raji is quietly having a good season for us, always seems to cause trouble

Hard to figure how Packers now a point behind after a first quarter wher we stank so bad I was thinking of worst playoff defeat margins...

I say it again, that offensive line is starting to struggle for the redskins. Great penetration up front now.

Interesting 2 minute drill ahead..... (I hope).

Gruden got lucky there because he was down by contact befor the ball came out.

Wasn't there some rule about a penalty for trying to challenge when you can't?

Skins pass coverage is so very tight....

GB are making some catches, but its a close thing.

    Adams made a catch.

    Jesus.

    Pack in front. How? HOW?

    In Aaron we trust.

    TD Adams!!

    Yes!

We like that..... We like that!

Huge play right there. This is serious turn around from Green Bay. All started with James Jones going for 30.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,029 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

I wonder is the wind that big of a factor because Aaron Rodgers looked like a completely different player once he turned around and played the other way.

Rodgers is just another level when he gets going

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Panthers open 8/11 favourites vs the Seahawks. Seattle are 23/17. Panthers 2.5 point favourites.

The difference between quarters was huge. In the first it looked like Rodgers had no faith in his o-line to give him time

How is that not a flag ffs

seemed to hit him before the touch line to me

    FAT MAN RUN!!!

Seriously he looks like a lineman, but sh!t can he pump those legs!

  • Registered Users Posts: 924 ✭✭✭Emperor1989

That took a lot of time of the clock....offense definitely gaining confidence now. Lacy really comes up big in the biggest of games.

This game reminds me of the Any Given Sunday speech.

Because the Pack should be out of it. The first quarter was embarrassing. But they have clawed and fought for every inch, with only Rodgers looking like he knows what to do and the rest just relying on brute force.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,029 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

Well after that quarter I think we can safely say that the wind was not the big factor for Aaron Rodgers in the first quarter.

Gotta fancy them to go on and win this now.

This is like a complete different team

Welcome back #12 we've missed you

  • Registered Users Posts: 924 ✭✭✭Emperor1989

One thing I have noticed this second half is that Rodgers is literally winding that play clock down all the way to 1 sec in many cases. It has to frustrate the defense who are on there heels now.

  • Registered Users Posts: 924 ✭✭✭Emperor1989

Rodgers is incredible at that. Another offside!!

    Running game is trucking now!

Green Bay are really rolling right now. That drive will lift the whole team. I'd expect see the D come out and play big again after that and they got a nice rest too.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,193 ✭✭✭✭Pherekydes

Skins defence must be getting winded now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Simple enough play to get the 2 point conversion. Miracle needed for the Redskins now with Rodgers & co. on form.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,438 ✭✭✭j8wk2feszrnpao

The rushing yards has been the 2nd half difference. Packers with long time killing drives. Skins looking like a team that came out of a poor division.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,248 ✭✭✭✭BoJack Horseman

    that 2pt conversion was terrific....

The Skins are not out of it.... but A-Rod is humming nicely.

Never ceases to amaze me how early people are willing to call the game on threads like this. Was called ridiculously early tonight though.

GB will still find a way to lose this :pac:

Only getting to see the fourth quarter but kept up with the score all game. I would say the skins are out of it but given what I saw in the Viking Seahawks game. Nothing is impossible as far as I'm concerned.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,029 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

What was Carlos Hyde at on that play? Seemed to be doggin' it. Reed just took off and he was there just jogging along as if he didn't have a job to do.
