Have no idea really. It's possible the last time I did a road race was summer 2013  anything after that that I did is not memorable anyway...
PB is just 70:31 give or take a second.

My pack for this came yesterday.

Did you ever have the feeling that it was one of those ideas that seemed like a good idea at the time but not so much now?

Just checked what I should be running 10 miles at for a 3:05 marathon on http://www.runworks.com/calculator.html. Don't think there's a hope of ten 6:39 min/miles at the minute but it reckons 66:29. If the achilles feels back to normal I'll give it a go.

As near even as I can possibly manage! Hoping to keep it a shade under 9 min/mile to come in 1:29:xx. :)

As sad as it sounds that'd be my dream for the day. Anything under 1.30. You'll be strolling it, lol.

Conditions this morning in Clonee (not too far from trim) are wet underfoot and a definate nip in the wind which there is a little bit of alright. Hopefully wind will die down and it'll warm up a bit by 12

My first race longer than 10k. Eek!

    Good luck all.

    Will post up time later.

It's out the Athboy Rd Darren, if your coming from Navan take a right at the first set of traffic lights you come to in Trim(it should be a a crossroads junction) start and parking down here about 400-500 metres.

Well??? The suspense is killing me :D:D

Bit wild out there and I'm on edge :)

    Well done Trim AC.

One of the best races out there. Really well organised, on a fairly fast couse, with a great spread. Only negative was the distance to the start line (maybe I missed the notice at reg).

Oh the wind. T'was bad! Happy with my effort (57.09) on tired enough legs.

    Most importantly......fantastic soup!

I'll put up my watch time. Had hoped for 73, watch says 72:44. Happy out with that. My first time racing that far
