How do I get through to an agent on Phone Banking

    I can't find any menu options on Phone Banking that get me through to an agent. How do I get past the menus?

    If you call 0818 365 365 (or +3531 4044000 from abroad) then choose option 1 on the menu. After this you can press the star key on your phone to be transferred through to one of our advisers who’ll be happy to help you.
